THRIVE-4-Kids is our small group mentoring program for children aged 8-12 years old. The larger group is broken down into smaller teams of 6-10, often by grade level and gender. Adult coaches (aka mentors) lead their team in a weekly game, life skill lesson, and discussion of what they are learning.
