Overview

Our Mission
Today’s Youth Matter, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was created to offer foster care children a reason for hope and a future. We first develop relationships with our children and teens through an intensive summer program, where over 250 children will come to camp, free of charge, to experience the love of God. While immersed in a pristine wilderness in the company of caring adults, the children progress along an emotional journey that leaves many transformed with a greater sense of selves. Our Vision

• that every hurting child in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Area who has endured unbearable hardships will have his/her physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs met and that all might find purpose and healing through God’s unconditional love for them.
• That TYM would recruit, train and support enough volunteers that every child would have a caring adult in his/her life.
